Galleria Shades and Shutters is the best!

Debbie and Mike's are such a pleasure to work with, and their focus on customer service is excellent. When I called to have our shades serviced for repair, Debbie immediately arranged for an appointment for Mike pick up the shade. Mike arrive on time, and before he removed the shade, he took the time to test it and make sure it really needed to be serviced (it did). He took the shade and it was sent to Hunter Douglas for repair.
When the shade was fixed, Debbie once again arranged for a very timely installation. Mike returned to install the shade and made sure it functioned properly. We will definitely go to Galleria of Walnut Creek for additional window treatments. They are first rate in every way!

I had an estimate done for shutters at my home 9/08 by Mike Baker. He came on time, was very professional as he patiently explained the different features and options. I got a reasonable quote. I had 2 other companies come to my home, one of them from Costco and it was about $1K more than Mike's quote.

I finally decided to have it installed and contacted Galleria beginning of March. They still had my estimate, said prices hadn't changed, and could put in an order with a $1K deposit. 2 weeks later, I get a call from Mike informing me the shutters are in and we set up a time for him to install the shutters.

Mike and his son, Jordan came and 3 hours later all 5 windows were installed. They look terrific and the job was professional. Mike made sure to tell us when he'd use a tool that would make a lot of noise - so as not to wake up our baby.

I would highly recommend Galleria.
